• By placing an order with us, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
• We may update or modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website will be considered acceptance of any changes.

2. Products

• Our offerings include tea & coffee premixes and Desi cookies (Thekua).
• We strive to display product information, images, and details accurately. However, actual product packaging, taste, or appearance may vary slightly.
• All products are for personal consumption only and not for resale without prior written permission.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed through our official website or authorized partners.
• Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments through PhonePe, UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and other digital payment methods as displayed at checkout.
• Payment Security: All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
• Payment Confirmation: Your order will be confirmed only after successful payment verification. You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.
• Failed Transactions: In case of payment failures, the amount (if debited) will be refunded to your account within 5-7 business days as per bank/payment gateway policies.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
• Any delays due to courier services, unforeseen events, or incorrect address details are beyond our control.

5. Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

• Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or consumed items. Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
• Replacements: In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution (replacement or refund).

• Payment Disputes: We are not liable for any payment gateway errors, failed transactions, or delays in refund processing by banks or payment service providers.

• We will acknowledge your complaint within 24-48 hours and aim to resolve it within 7-10 business days.
