1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of receiving payment.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Remote or rural areas may take longer.
• Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we will keep you updated.

3. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders (Preferred): Standard shipping charges apply and will be shown at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently FREE as a limited-time promotion! Enjoy zero COD charges on all orders.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is currently FREE as a limited-time promotion.
• COD is available for selected pin codes in India.
• A valid mobile number and address are required to use COD.
• Please ensure sufficient cash is available at the time of delivery.
• Online payment methods (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) coming soon!

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
• You can track your package directly through the courier partner’s website or app.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

• Please provide accurate shipping details. TruMix is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
